SCOPE AND MODIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT

REQUIREMENTS

CONTESTS

In order to participate and have a chance to win the prizes, it is important to accurately and truthfully fill out the Contest registration form and agree to comply with the Official Contest Rules. To enter any of the Contests featured on the Website, the applicable entry form must be completed in its entirety. The provision of Contest Registration Data that is true, accurate, current, and complete is a requirement. TheSoftware reserves the right to reject any Contest Registration Data that is determined, in the sole and exclusive discretion of TheSoftware, to be in breach of any part of the Agreement or if the provided Contest Registration Data is incomplete, fraudulent, a duplicate, or otherwise unacceptable. LICENSE GRANT

Unauthorized copying, redistribution, publication, or sale of any part is strictly prohibited. Written permission from TheSoftware is required for automated retrieval, scraping, or data extraction to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory.
